You may recently had a connection issue while trying to log into our platform; if so, we apologize for the inconvenience and would like to thank you for your understanding.

The issue was caused by the planned move of our application server on May 20th. The migration was successful, and will allow us to develop new features faster so you can better achieve your business goals.

As a workaround for the connection issue, we have set up a temporary address to let you access the platform: app2.tinyclues.com. Unfortunately, we can't keep this address up for too long, and will have to decommission it on Friday, June 3rd. After this date, you will no longer be able to access app2.tinyclues.com.

But don't worry - we have an easy fix that will allow you to access app.tinyclues.com again!

Once your cached images and files are cleared, quit and reopen your browser, then try connecting again to app.tinyclues.com. You should be able to reach the login page without issue.

If you still have difficulty connecting to app.tinyclues.com, do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@tinyclues.com.
