On Chrome, simply go to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData, select "All time" for Time range and check only "Cached images and files". Finally, click on Clear data:
On Edge, go to edge://settings/clearBrowserData, select "All time" for Time range and check only "Cached images and files". Finally, click on Clear Now:
Using another browser? Here's a website showing detailed steps to clear your images and file cache for the most used browsers. You can uncheck the "Cookies" option for your browser: it is not needed to remove cookies and leaving it unchecked will keep you logged in on all your other websites.
Once your cached images and files are cleared, quit and reopen your browser, then try connecting again to app.tinyclues.com. You should be able to reach the login page without issue.
